WHY SELF LOVE IS IMPORTANT
Self love starts with acceptance! Accepting yourself the way you are is the first step in loving yourself. We are often so critical towards ourselves that we forget to see all our (daily) achievements we make! Our templates help you writing it down! When you write things down they suddenly become more visible to our eyes, simple, since we see it written down! In our days where picture on social media become so important we often forget that those images are not always representing the reality. This is dangerous as it can give wrong impression. Remember, always he kind and honest to yourself and others. This is how we create positive thoughts and a mindset which is able to simple love yourself ❤️
ALL FEELINGS ARE VALID
It is important to valid and embrace all our feelings. Our worksheet help us in defining our feelings. Are we sad? Confused? Or angry? Are we happy? Proud? Or thankful? Many feelings can be similar and at the same time confusing. We don’t always have a person next to us who we can talk to, that’s when our worksheets come in handy. Children in particular can easily work out about what they are feeling. Are there certain situations in life which trigger certain feelings? It is important not to ignore our emotions from early age ❤️
SWITCH FROM NEGATIVE THINKING TO A POSITIVE MIND
There are always 2 sides of a story in the same way the glass can be half empty or half full. Negative thoughts are often a reflection of your current situation in life. If things go bad it is more likely that your mind will switch to negativity. But in particular moments like this it is most important to focus on positive thinking. Positive thinking attracts positivity. A journal or worksheet can help you getting your thoughts organised. Write them down! Breathe! Focus on positive memories or positive dreams. And don’t forget to smile ❤️
LET’S START THE TALK AND OUR CONVERSATION
How to start a conversation, a talk you want or need to have with someone on a deeper level. This can be for example in a therapy session the case. Our cards are well designed to get the conversation started. These questions can be particular helpful for younger children. They will feel that answering certain questions is just easier than trying to find a “topic” by themselves. With these questions you can get to know someone on a much deeper level which can help solving problems or issues. It is important we talk about our feelings and our thoughts. Anything what you hold back will be in the way of your own personal development. So let’s start talking ❤️
