What is a printable?
A printable is a design or artwork that can be downloaded and is ready to print. It is also called a "digital file" which you can print at home, your local print shop or an online printing platform.
What do you mean by download?
Download simply means after purchase you can save the digital file to your computer or device via a link which will get sent to your inbox.
How do I receive my files?
Once you have purchased an item, you will have immediate access to a download link from where you can save your digital files for your computer, iPhone, iPad or any other electronic device.
I didn’t receive my files?
Always check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received them please contact us. We will email you the files direct to your nominated inbox.
What will I receive?
Every listing tells you in the descriptions which file format and sizes you will receive. Should you need a different file size or format please contact us.
How do I print?
Once downloaded, just save files to your computer/phone and print to your home printer! You can also go to your local print store who will be able to do the printing job for you. Or use one of the online platforms to print your files.

Can I print multiple copies?
Once purchased you can print the file as often as you like. However you are not permitted to resell our digital files or give them away for free.
Do you create custom/personalised orders?
Yes, simple message us. We always try to help and would love to get involved in custom projects with you.
Can I order a printed copy from you?
We do not offer print service.
What type of paper should I print on?
We suggest you use white cardstock paper. If you frame your picture we suggest you use matte paper. If you print your files at home please keep in mind which kind of paper your printer accepts.
How do I frame my print?
Frame your print and laminate our worksheets so you can reuse them as often as you like. We offer various sizes yo print most common frame sizes for our prints and poster selections. Note that cutting guidelines are not included. Best to get the sizing perfectly correct is to simply place the print on the back of the frames glass/frame insert, mark and cut to size.
Do you offer refunds?
I can't accept returns for:
